In its digitalization process, pharmaceutical giant Sanofi had set ambitious goals for producing meaningful customer-facing and internal applications, leveraging the WeChat and WeChat work platform. Bringing its own talents at the center of this initiative, Sanofi wanted to involve divisions who are at the front line of its business.

3 different Business Units and Supporting Functions (HR, Finance, Purchase, Legal...) in Shanghai, China


Le Wagon and its instructors welcomed Sanofi employees at the Sanofi Innovation Hub, for 3 intensive days of introduction to design thinking.

In this bespoke program, participants learned UX design through collaborative tools, validated prototypes of WeChat applications, and refined them for hours. In the end they were ready for pitching innovative solutions to Sanofi China General Manager and CDO.
