Scania (Volkswagen group) needed to discover and apply a user-centric methodology in order to turn business challenges into digital solutions, really fast.


Target Groups

12 managers from China's internal digital business lab and innovation centers.


In partnership with Le Wagon, Scania coworkers joined an instructor-led, team work learning experience where they practised product ideation, customer validation, UI and UX design, as well as pitching business solutions.



  • 2 prototypes were released in the course of 5 days
  • New ways of working with vendors, and with customers, will be brought back to the workplace
  • Two departments worked together
  • All participants learned by doing
